By using this site or its photo gallery you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the gallery.
What this site is
A private, non-commercial archive of the Bauche family’s history, put together from family records, published sources and memory. It may contain mistakes. Each statement is labelled with how well it is supported; nothing here is legal, medical or professional genealogical proof.
Gallery access
Uploading requires approval. The site administrator may approve, decline, pause or withdraw access at any time, without giving a reason. Your private upload link is for you and your family only; please do not share it.
What you upload
- Upload only photographs and videos you took or have permission to share, in the allowed file types and up to 500 MB per file.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, or that shows a person in a way they would not agree to, or any file that contains malware.
- You keep ownership of your files. You allow the Bauche family archive to store them and, if the administrator chooses and the people shown would reasonably agree, to display them on this site with credit to you.
- We may remove any file at any time. Ask us and we will remove yours.
No warranty
The site and gallery are provided as they are, free of charge. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free, or that uploaded files will never be lost; please keep your own copies. To the extent the law allows, the family and the site administrator are not liable for loss arising from use of the site.
Privacy and changes
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
