Henri Bauche and Odile Mathilde Marie Mahin

1895–1985 · 122 recorded descendants; 3 shown here

Henri Bauche was born on 14 February 1895, one of the seven children of Emile Joseph Bauche and Marie Felicie Copet. According to the family source he came to Canada with his parents in June 1909. He married Odile Mathilde Marie Mahin on 27 February 1924 at Bellegarde, Saskatchewan; they had seven children. He died on 1985. [S2][S3]

Odile Mahin belonged to the Mahin family, which came from Redu like the Bauches and settled at Bellegarde. She was probably the daughter of Léandre Mahin and Marie Alphonsine Copet, a relative of Marie Felicie (see The First Settlers). [S9][S13][S14]

An account titled “Bellegarde, Pioneer History” is attributed to a Henry (Henri) Bauche; we have not confirmed that he is this Henri. [S26]
